BDL seats start from 16 guage steel and are hand formed with shaping mallets and an english wheel.  The seat pans can be made to any specification. If you want padding, the seats are covered with high quality 100% neoprene.  This material is more durable, water proof, and gives a better ride than the traditional foam found in most seats.  The neoprime is then shaved to give a comfortable custom fit for those long hauls. The seats are covered with 100% genuine leather (or exotic hides).  Custom designs are hand tooled into the leather before it is stained any of a variety of colors.  The seat is finished off with rivets or hand lacing in numerous traditional weaving styles.  For more pictures of finished seats, visit the Gallery Page.
